Tribal Risks Pte Ltd is a Fijian-owned security and risk management company dedicated to delivering professional, reliable, and culturally informed services across Fiji and the UK. Founded by Koresi Tabuya, a former British Army serviceman, the company integrates global expertise with a deep understanding of local contexts to provide comprehensive security solutions.

Our mission extends beyond traditional security services. We are committed to uplifting Fijian communities by creating meaningful employment opportunities and fostering personal development. Through initiatives like supporting youth rehabilitation and partnering with local organizations to combat crime and drug abuse, we strive to make a positive impact on society.

Meet the Owner

Koresi is an accomplished security and risk professional with extensive international experience. Based in Fiji, he is the founder and Managing Director of Tribal Risks Pte Ltd, and also serves as Group Delivery Director. His career began in the British Armed Forces, where he served with distinction before transitioning into the private sector.

Since leaving the military, Koresi has led complex security deployments across the United Kingdom and Fiji. He brings global insight, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to safety and resilience.

As a proud native Fijian, Koresi established Tribal Risks to raise security industry standards and create meaningful careers for Fijian people. His vision is rooted in empowerment, integrity, and belief in Pacific leadership on the global stage.

Community

Team Gideon

We operate a youth rehabilitation programme called Team Gideon, which is dedicated to supporting young people and young adults recovering from severe challenges such as drug addiction, prostitution, and gang involvement. Team Gideon has successfully helped individuals reintegrate into society—returning to school, university, and securing employment. We provide practical skills and personal development opportunities to support these youths in rebuilding their lives and re-entering the workforce.

Sports Sponsorship

We proudly sponsor the Nasinu Volleyball Alliance, which consists of two male and two female teams, made up of local youths. This programme offers a positive and structured alternative for young people who are at risk of gang activity and drug involvement. Once involved, participants are also introduced to our employment training pathways, providing them with real opportunities for a better future.
